I need a LOT more infmormation, but you probably have files that are missing from your computer.
A common theme of missing files is caused by un-installing software without taking great care. Then, even when you do there are still issues with missing or corrupt files.
To possibly get things working you really need to contact the computer people, and make sure you tell them everything, like computer, operating system and any upgrade to that systems.
