I hav acer extensa 5200..i formatted to xp sp2..and i cant find the driver for ethernet controller and network controller...

Us.acer.com go to service, driver download, select your model, under that above the driver list, change OS from Vista to XP Pro x32, and download the LAN driver. That is your ethernet controller drivers. Since ethernet is your network controller, I'm assuming you need your wireless NIC controller aswell, it will be listed under Wireless LAN. If you don't know/remember the make, download all of them and try each one til one works.
