Code 39 My TSST CORP CD/DVDW TS-H 652DATA rom drive stop working and I have tried to update it but it won't work please help.

You're machine is an Acer Aspire, right? I used to see this problem alot with those, where I knew the Optical drive worked, but the computer wouldn't recognize it, or wouldn't recognize the drivers. It was a problem with the Registry entry for the device's upper and lower buffers. Deleting that entry usually fixed the problem, but I don't recommend people unfamilar with system registries to do this. Take it to a tech and tell him what's going on. As I've only seen this with acers, if you're not using an Acer Aspire, I can only suggest having a tech look at it, or buying a new optical drive.
