DON'T POST your IMEI !!The only way is reflashing firmware and that will wipe out all data stored in the phone.

    Hi, you don't need to go to Nokia center. If you have installed Nokia PC suite on your pc connect your phone and choose Software Updater. Then if there's new fware just opt for Update, if not then choose reinstall. Don't forget : BATTERY MUST BE FULLY CHARGED.
