My pointer in my touchpad wont move it will move with my pointer

Do you mean it will move with a mouse, but not the touchpad? If so, maybe settings in this article will help:

How do I reverse the movement of the pointer in my mouse? I have got the wheel working but not the buttons for the pointers

Don't throw the batteries away without testing them.. If they are good reinsert them and check if the problem is resolved. I no longer bother with the battery check, poor mouse response happens when the battery is low. I just pop out one battery and reinsert it. It never takes more than twice to make it behave :)

Sticky mouse eachine had win xp installed win 7 pointer still stuck

You need a new mouse. Upgrading an OS will not fix a hardware problem.

Mouse wont move

Are you referring to the mouse pointer when using the touch pad? To isolate the problem, try to use a USB mouse and see if the pointer will move. If the USB mouse works, then the touch pad could be disabled.

Refer to the user manual of the laptop and see on how you can enable the touch pad.

If same problem occur even though you're using a USB mouse, contact the manufacturer of the computer for second opinion or repair.

Good luck and have a great day!

The pointer doesnt move sometimes AT ALL

It may be in "accessibility" mode.

Tap the touchpad five times. A message will appear. Change it to normal mode, disable accessibility option.

  • go to control panel: START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL
  • select mouse
  • go to Pointer Options
  • look for Visibility section
  • uncheck Display pointer trails
