Hi raufsaeed.
Have you tried ressetting the SP?
If not give it a reset.
If that does not work give me some info.
Is your SAN environment managed thro Windows or Linux servers?
What version of navisphere are you running.
I presume SP B is good and all SAN connectivity is as expected you just have the issue with SP A??

I'm not an EMC guy, but that error makes me question the connectivity of SP-A to your Management Server. Check the host port status on both controllers to see if they are active. If this is on a SAN, you might check the switch port status going to SP-A.
