My phone was fine earlier then a yellow screen came up and in the top left corner the word refreshing is displayed. I can't turn it off or do anything with it. Can anyone help!! The phone is an LG Renoir KC910
It is because your phone has become corrupted . Refreshing comes because it is not able to find RAM . Go to a nearby shop if it is under warranty it will cost you nothing if not still a very little cost will be needed to paid. person will connect your phone with his computer and change the software in 15min. pls vote me thank you

sorry but thanks for the advise but tried taking to the shop and they couldn't do anything with it. My partner connected it to his laptop and now the yellow screen has gone but it just says please wait... on a black screen, but as yet nothing. any advice
