I tried to put a new 20gb hardrive on my xbox 360 and the error report e-68 kept coming up saying get in touch with customer services. Can anyone help?
There's a possible hard drive issue on this.
try the ff:
-turn off your xbox
-remove your hdd from the xbox
-turn on the xbox while the hdd is removed
-if you're still getting the sme error code, your xbox needs to be repaired/replaced
-=hope that your xbox is still under warranty=- ^^
