I have a disney princess dvd/vcr and the dvd player spins and trys to read the disk but always shows an error that says incorrect disk?

Here are a few things you can try.
1. Check the DVD's and make sure that it is not scratched.
2. Check to make sure it accepts that brand of dvd disc.
3. Call technician. Number shoud be on the DVD player or on your manual. How long did you have this player? If you have warranty on it, I would return it if # 1 & 2 is not the problem. It could be a mechanism problem.

I HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM ALL THE TIME. ONE TIME IT WILL PLAY THE DISC THE NEXT TIME IT WILL SPIN FOREVER THEN SAY IT CANNOT BE PLAYED!!!!!
