I put an sd card into my tablet but my apps does not give me an option to save to sd card. What am i doing wrong. Not good at this stuff so help.

If it's an android, you can change it within an app - like camera. Go into settings and change default storage location from internal storage to sd card.

If the app can't see your sd card, make sure it's "mounted" within your device. Depending on the software version: Go to settings, general, phone/tablet management, storage, from here you should be able to see the sd card. It is either ejected or mounted. Click on the sd card, if you can see the folders content, then it is installed correctly.

Also, if it was used in another device, it may need to be formatted to be used in your tablet. You can do that from the same setting menu.

Hardware Key Reset
If your device is not working because it is frozen then you wouldn't be able to reset it with the software. So the next option would be the hardware method.
1. Press and hold down the Power button + Volume down button + Camera button all at the same time until the device vibrates, now let go of the Power buttonwhile continuing to hold down the Volume down button and theCamera button.
2. Shortly you should see the message displaying "Are you sure you want to format?", you can now release the Volume down button + Camera button.
3. In the format screen you have the option to either Format or Cancel. Tap on Windows key Format if you are confident to go ahead.
4. Press on the Windows key again to confirm your choice.
Your device should now begin to format the device and shortly should startup with the Start-up Wizard. Ensure you device have the battery power while doing this

How do I update my kindle?

Didn't update in time? Do a manual update At this point, you'll need to update your device manually. It'll require you to grab a USB cable and do the install with your Kindle connected a computer. Here's how:

Go to Amazon help page, find your device and click the link in the neighboring column to download the update. Use the above instruction to find out which software your device is currently running. In some cases, you might need to download and install more than one update.
Plug your Kindle into your computer. Once it appears as a drive, drag and drop the update file to your Kindle. (Not a subfolder, just the top-level Kindle drive.)
Eject your Kindle and disconnect the USB cord.
On your Kindle, go to Menu > Update your Kindle. Your Kindle will let you know when the update is complete.

How to download camera

I'll assume you mean you want to download the images from the camera.

METHOD 1:
1. Install any software that came with your camera. No software? please, see method 2.
2. Update the software (online) if required.
3. Connect your camera to your computer using the (hopefully) supplied cable that came with your camera. No cable? please, see method 2.
4. The camera software should start.
5. Follow the prompts to transfer your images.

METHOD 2:
1. Remove the storage card from the camera.
2. Plug the storage card into your computer.
3. Select "Open Folder to view Files" once the card is recognized by Windows.
4. Look inside the "DCIM" folder. There'll be another folder inside it.
5. Look in that folder for files that start with IMG. They are your images.
6. Cut, Copy &/or paste them wherever you'd like.

How do I aim camera

Does your device have front facing as well as rear facing cameras? It may be that you need to open your camera app, and there should be a button to tap to change from rear facing camera to front facing camera. To take a photo of someone else you need it on front facing camera.

I have a hannspree SN1AT71WEE301 i cannot connect to the camera is there an easy fix.

Assuming the built in cameras are the issue,
\are you using the provided software ?
You can try to update the ROM and / or drivers for those devices.

sometimes an update may not install properly and re-updating the ROM and / or specific device drivers would solve the issue

If you are having difficulties with the device recognizing an attached camera device, you may need to go to camera device manufacturer website and download the appropriate drivers to match your tablet device operating system and connection type.
Ex: USB driver for camera connecting using a usb port connection. Also ... confirm proper cable is being used.
Ex: Some connections require 5 contact point cables, others only 4 contacts - this will be determined by your devices.

For the iPad first generation (A1219/no camera) to update is only possible with connecting the device to iTunes on a computer.
- but this model supports only iOS 5 - NO iOS 6/7/8
for all other models:
There are two ways to upgrade the iOS version of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch - via connecting the device to iTunes on a computer
- or directly from within the device, but only snce iOS 5, it is possible to upgrade the iOS version without the need to connect the iOS device to a computer (over-the-air update)
