I would suggest to:

Uninstall chrome.
Scan PC with a system utility tool to fix registry errors
Scan PC with an Anti-virus
Update the drivers that control your PC
Update Java
Re-install Chrome
Update flash player

Hope problem is fixed. If PC is still slow then use system utility tool Intel software Partner Reginout for an instant fix.
