Create an @ function using Create->@Function drop down, but it does not work when entered in a cell as a normal function. Function works ok from within another script. Function does not show up in Edit->Script & Macros->Global Script Options, but is listed as Global in IDE.

You need to protect the form (Protect Document, Editing Restrictions (Filling in Forms) then Start Enforcing Protection, the drop down menu will then work.

Your better off not doing it that way, reset the router. Use GoogleDNS or OpenDNS to block certain websites as that way you've less hassle and any websites you want to block then add them to your hosts files
