Yes this is the ping pong senario vodophone say it Samsung who have information and vis versa. I believe I would email support@dynamicmarketinguk.co.uk, they charge £3.99 paypal or credit card, but it will cost you this in phone calls if you are not careful nevermind your time, they are honest and refund you immediately if they cannot unlock your mobile. Takes an hour. Good luck
