I expect it's Command and Conquer 3, correct, not Red Alert 3 or any older games? And by the sound of your two sentences, you cannot get past the initial menu that shows up as you put the disk in your drive, only play the demo trailer of Battle for Middle Earth?

However, if I were you, the first thing I would try would be to go to My Computer, right-click the icon for the disk drive in which you have put the DVD (usually tagged with C&C3), and click Explore. From there, you should be able to find an executable file apart from "autostart". It is possible that you've run into a bug in the menu itself that will not allow the install file to run. Otherwise, restart your computer, and before it starts to load your operating system, press F5, F8 or F10. It varies between computers, so try each until you get the right one. Then you want to start your computer with Windows in Safe Mode. From there, try to install C&C3 if possible.
