I cant get my htc explorer to sync, when plugged in to the pc it just charges it does not offer any prompts
Try to uninstall HTC Sync (restart) then re-install application again and restart again. Before you start HTC Sync first time, plug your phone and make sure driver are successfully installed then start HTC Sync.
