I get a balck screen and when i try use the cd it says file\i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded the error code is 7 i have a HP pavilion ez2000 what is an error code 7?
Code 7 means the storage blocks have been damaged...the message is saying it cant locate the kernal map..
use software to check hd for bad sectors if sectors ok insert os disk and repair os.
