I have an android install problem trying to install android on my system but it doesn't allow me.
How can I install Android on a pc with Windows or Ubuntu system?

Go here http://source.android.com/download and follow the instruction. You need to be in Ubuntu to do this
Android is not intended for x86 systems, do you mean you are trying to install the android x86 project? If not, you need to do more googling.
