Hello,
The only way to clear a print queue when it won't really go away the right way is to be mean. By saying "mean" I would either turn off or unplug the printer itself from the ac power source and when you turn it back on and it goes back on-line it may or may not attempt to print it again or will spit out a bunch of garbage, if this happens then turn it off again. Sometimes this can take a few repeats of doing the same thing over and over again depending on the size of the document and the printer's memory capacity but the problem will clear itself eventually.
Good Luck!

Disconnect usb cable from back of computer and try to delete the job by right clicking on printer icon and clik on delete under printer and faxes...after that restart the computer even the documents are pending.after restart connect the usb cable and try to print.
Here's what you can do to fix this problem:
Go to start->Click on Run -> In Run window type services.msc and click ok.
This should open the services window.
In this list, look for the service that is "Print Spooler".
Do a right click on this service and click "Stop". Once this service is stopped, browse to the following directory,
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS.
Please note if you have installed windows in a different partition then go to that partition instead of C:\
Once in that directory, delete all the files with extension .shd and .spl. Please do not delete any folders here.
After this again open the servies window and restart the print spooler service by right click on it and then clicking on Start.
Now , you print queue shold clear.
If you still face any problem please let me know.
