Locking problem Hi, I am using this Barcode printer with LabView software. Atleast once in every day, the printer and computer is getting locked. When it happens, if I peel off a label it prints another label. When I turn off the printer switch and turn it on again after sometime, it takes care of the problem. Could you please give me a solution or give me an idea of the reason of the problem. Thank you. Regards, Urmila

Sometimes the peel bar gets worn out and isn't very sharp anymore (replace). This will affect the peeling. Also try increasing the printhead pressure with the printhead toggle.

you can calibrate from printer driver .Go to printing preference select advanced setup and select Calibrate
Or you can calibrate from printer.go to menu in the printer and select media and ribbon calibration it will calibrate ribbon and label

The TLP2844 can print from any windows application providing the application can use a windows printer driver.
The page size oof the .pdf needs to be the same size as the physical label size.
