Hi The "IE" error code indicates a problem with the
water inlet. The water supply valves are not turned on fully or the inlet hoses
are kinked, clogged or frozen. Remove kinks in the hoses and remove clogs with
a straightened coat hanger. If this does not resolve the problem, contact a
