Did you note to where the 5 wires were attached to the old switch? Does the switch resemble the other less a terminal? No instructions with the new switch?

THE CENTER ONE IS GROUND , DON'T WORRY YA CAN'T HURT IT IF YA HOOK IT UP WRONG AND IF IT DOES THE MOTOR IS SHORTED AND IT WAS JUNK IN THE FIRST PLACE.. THESE ARE A CHEAP PUMP AND NOT REALLY WORTH FIX'N .. IF'N I WAS ANY HELP VOTE FOR ME ...THANKS.. JAY
