Apple code is a very vague description.

Do you forget your Passcode lock to actually access your iPhone? If so, follow this article http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 to restore your iPhone, its the only way past the Passcode lock due to security reasons.

If you forgot your Apple ID Password that you use to download/purchase/update new Applications/Songs/Ringtones, then you need to go to : https://iforgot.apple.com or search "iForgot" in Google. This will reset your password through an Email or Security Question.
