Why does Polaris Office 5 app close when I click on the excel tab to open a file?
First step is to go to settings then apps, select Polaris app and then touch "clear data" and "clear cache". Next check to see if your app is working correctly, if not, uninstall and then reinstall the app. If it is a paid for app, Google play store will know, also doing an uninstall and install should not delete any saved files you have created previously.

Log in to your account and in the top right hand of the page click on your email address and the "Account". This gives you a page with a lot of links to various help topics, including being able to change all your details etc.
At the bottom of the list are two headings relating to deletion.Pick the one closest to your needs and follow the instructions to delete your account.

It sounds as if you have filled up your iPod to it's max storage space available. The only way to get memory or storage space back is by removing unused songs/files.

- Below is the process to tell you how you can hard reset your tablet:
- Ensure that the tablet is powered off.
- Press the Power and the Volume Up button together till the device displays the start-up logo.
- Once the logo is displayed, release the buttons and wait till the device enters the Android system recovery mode.
- On the displayed screen, use Volume Down button to go to the wipe data/factory reset option (Volume Up and Volume Down buttons are used to highlight the displayed options on the Android system recovery screen).
- Once the option is highlighted, press the Power button to select the option. (Pressing the Power button in Android system recovery mode selects the highlighted option.)
- On the next screen, press the Volume Down button multiple times till the Yes -- delete all user data option is highlighted.
- Press the Power button to hard reset the tablet device while clearing the cache along with the process.
- Once your device is hard reset and rebooted successfully, you will see that the unlock pattern obstruction is also gone, and you can now set a new unlock pattern on your tablet.
I have an android tablet I forget password to. how do I factory reset tablet
There are several brands of android tablets and all use a slightly different method for a hard reset:
1. Press power and volume down togeher and hold (Yarvik and some Samsung tablets)
2. Power and volume up together (some Samsung tablets, Sony tablets, ASUS tablets)
3. Power and volume down, than volume up.
Sometimes you need to rather rapid push another button after that. This is mostly shown on screen which button.
Select within recovery mode the option "hard reset" or "factory data reset ", this will take some time, and after it the tablet will restart automatically to the screen you saw the very first time you powered it up.

How to hard reset andriod phone when changing password
not sure what p/w you want to chg but a hard reset isn't necessary to do that. If you do it will bring your phone back to factory defaults and you will need to renter/reload everything.
The factory default reset is on the device menu.
This is for my Droid Pro - look for it in ur manual.
Reset
To reset your phone to factory settings and erase all
the data on your phone, touch Menu > Settings
> Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone.
Warning: All data on your phone will be deleted.
(Nothing on your memory card is deleted.)
